Hi Harshal,
The thing is even if you buy the TV tuner card with BTv or connexant - Btv Chipset ....the software to see TV are having codecs specific to US or europe so you can watch channels broadcasted in India ... i have bought a PixelView Play Station TV Pro and linux (as in SuSE ) has out of the box support for the same. but cant watch channels due to the above problem.
