I would not mind paying a reasonable amount for a linux CD. My first mainstream distro Slack 8.0 which I used way back in 2002 was ordered from GT systems the 4 cd pack it cost me around Rs.2800/-.
Seascope (http://www.seascope.co.in) has been providing CDs at a very reasonable rate for a long time. Anyone cheaper than that may not be able to sustain in the long run to provide your CDs the next time you want to buy them.
