That is not an invalid page. It is purposely added by the admin as an example so that it helps users add their own pages. And hence the >>name, "Udaharan" meaning "example".
OH..ok.. But there is an editing guideline.. may be this should have been included specifically in ILUG-BOM editing guidelines at that page.
