X3430 is a cpu. Also why are you running X on a server? That to "HA".

You are right. The correct specs is Intel S3420GPV Server Board + Xeon 3430 2.4GHz. No, we are not running X. After installation on reboot, it simply doesnt come up in text mode at all and display is sync-loss-ed.
