Morning Luggers,
Anyone has some good reading/presentation material on:
Software for building and using clusters
* High Performance Computing Software (Beowulf/Scyld, OSCAR, OpenMosix...), including special mention of specific groups of projects such as Single System Image systems and Cluster-specific Operating Systems. * High Availability Software (Kimberlite, Heartbeat...). * Load Balancing Software (Linux Virtual Server, Ultra Monkey...).
Software used on, and for using, clusters
* File Systems (Intermezzo, ClusterNFS, DRBD...). * Installation and Configuration Software (FAI, System Installation Suite...). * Monitoring and Management Software (Ganglia, MOSIXVIEW, Performance Co-Pilot...). * Programming and Execution Environments and Tools (MPI, PVM, spread...). * Miscellaneous (things that don't necessarily fit into other categories well).
Please send me the stuff/links. Thanks and take care.
Trevor
