Yes, even I lost my entire passport buddy list. But I don't rely too much on it. What surprises me though is that companies actually want to rely on MSN Messenger and similar free-of-cost services for their "business-critical communication". Isn't that ridiculous? When the service goes down, they expect Microsoft to respond to their queries and give status updates. I mean, Microsoft is not accountable, and it's there in the TOS. Read the TOS before clicking OK. This is a good lesson.
