list policy dictates that meaningless disclaimers should not be attached to mails to the list. If your company insists on putting disclaimers on your mails - refrain from using your company's resources for mailing the list. Use webmail or something like that - or sneak out in the lunch break and send mail from a browsing centre. You can also attempt to educate your company on the stupidity of sending disclaimers which legally mean nothing.
