I have entered the Primary and Secondary DNS IP addresses in the respective fields under the DNS tab of system-config-network. Is there some other way to set it?

You can also use "/etc/resolve.conf" file and could make entries as
nameserver 202.138.103.100 nameserver 202.138.96.2
