Well, we should, but we don't, I guess! :-)
Anyway here at KReSIT, Jaju insists on using encrypted messages whenever something sensitive is to be mailed between sysads.
Also, there are instances in IITB where people have been impersonated on email ... if everyone starts using Digital Signatures, we can stop that.
