Turion doesn't have _any_ advantage over the Pentium-M architecture except that its a 64bit processor which doesn't necessarily make it a
64 bits with more registers than the core duo, afaik. It might not be good for you, but for those of us who are a little bit more interested in CPU performance than graphics, 64bitness is good.
