Usage of foreign VoIP services is termed as illegal since they dont pay Service Tax 12.5% and CAG 6% (which ITSPs pay) to govt of India.

I believe one of you had made a clarification about this some time ago that as long as it does not terminate into a pstn line, it is legal.

Terminating PSTN is certainly illegal.

But what if it is a foreign service such as lingo, vonage or even via yahoo?

Actually I dont know how they are going to regulate these things :)
