Try Ubuntu without any change to your computer. Then nothing. Hit enter. still nothing
try safe graphics mode / vesa drivers / or just the single user mode. if it can boot into single user mode you can check the o/p of dmsg. if you can specify your hardware then maybe someone can help you better.
best thing to do is, post a bug report.
