Novel was used to conduct exams in Mumbai. Please check with them. Their Office is in MIDC, Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai.
IIRC, Novell's certification (based on LPI) is slanted towards SLED/SLES; ditto for Ubuntu certification.
The real McCoy LPI cert. is distribution agnostic. In theory, it should be feasible to take the test at any Vue test center
Novel conducts just LPI Tests. For Novell's certification you need to complete LPI level I and II any way.
