nothing to do with moderators as this is not a moderated list. This list is driven by peer pressure - you are a very valuable contributor to this list, but I feel that you get carried away at times and introduce stuff that is laudable but not relevant to the list. If a list does not restrict itself in some way, it serves no purpose as it becomes too general. If we are focussing on things like CC, we have to admit discussions from people who use adobe illustrator and photoshop and doze etc to produce things in proprietary formats which they then release under CC. You need a different forum to interact with people like that.
Thanks for recognising my contributions. I appreciate your efforts to keep the list functioning efficiently. I would like to discuss things which are on the borderline and is interesting to many in this list. I am wondering how to go about doing it. May be a new list with much liberal rules is the way. I would like to know if any members are interested in such a list.
