Obviously we are disclosing, copying and distritbuting this message by storing it in our publicly accessible web archive. Shouldn't we be removing all such messages?
Not to mention the fact that the message was meant for "a specific individual" ... we are anything but that :-)
IMHO these kind of useless disclamers may not have absolutely any leagal value. In that case wouldnt it be simple to just ignore them and consider it as only a sad waste of bandwidth?
I have had to use webmail, and it is a _tremendous_ pain for over 10 messages a day. So let's just forgive the poor chap who has no other choice (between foolish company accounts and webmail accounts). But of course it would be good if he reciprocates by removing all other sundry nonimportant material from his posts to reduce the bandwidth wastage.
Just my two bits...
