my mailing server will be only for bombay office, so no outside access or mailing will happen. I've never installed or administered a mailing software, so I was hoping I'd get pointers on what to start with and how and any gotchas u guys know.
See the Postfix FAQ, particularly the question on how to restrict mils to a certain address from elsewhere. If you decide to go with Postfix (read the docs, make and make install is what you need), you can use that method.
