Redhat is suing those who copy and sell RH distro's as RH. So watch out all u "el cheapos". However imho RH is entitled to protect it's brand name and must take to court those who distribute RH copies as RH in an attempt to hijack it's brand equity. But that would ironically make distros like AL legitimate and reduce RH's brand exposure (so generously being pushed by the guys who distribute copies).
