Linux - very good at c,php,shellscripting,sql - good at TCP/IP networking concepts - should be aware of wifi
Web - good in Javascript, html,css, PHP - basic knowledge of GUI based tools like VB - willingness to learn & work on flash technologies like FMS, Flex - knowledge of actionscript preferred
