My personal exp. Hathway sucks. Bad speed, bad support, bad presales everything bad.
Actually all isp's are birds of the same feather no matter who you go with the service and support sucks... Do check your isp as to the speed the provide (yes that is primary importance) but also see how long they take for a installation and how quick they are to respond when your line goes down...
I've tried with iquara, powersurfer, mtnl, exatt they all suck big time (ps. This is my personal experience)
