hi, Have you checked the ownership/flags of this script ? Maybe you need to run it as root. Also you may need an ext2 partition on your hard disk to install it.

well i tried to do that..... there is a kpx-hdinstall under
/usr/sbin/kpx-hdinstall
but this gives me permission denied everytime i run it

- Start a shell window
- Make sure you're root... '#' sign at the command prompt
- Use the script for installing Knoppix... I think it's
'kpx-hdinstall'.
You could use bash's Tabbed autocompletion to find what it is exactly...
