It's ok if you leave the regards out. There's no need to send a new mail just for that. Also, people should be mailing you their monitor info off list. You should mention at the start of the thread (and if you do this, there won't be a thread) that you would like them mailed to you personally.
I guess few people are interested in each other's monitor info, so keep this off the list.
