This story is giving both IBM and SCO free publicity. But one cannot help thinking of the possible implications to the FLOSS movement. Also SCO slurs the GNU organisation and also gives IBM undue credit for where GNU/Linux is today. Looks like the rising popularity of GNU/Linux has ruffled the feathers of quite a few heavyweights in the software industry. Sun grudingly accepted GNU/Linux and now SCO is fighting the inevitable.
