Hi Gurpreet, /mnt/cdrom is not location of the cdrom device. The cdrom is a file most probably called /dev/cdrom. To mount this u have to create a file{folder} with the name of ur choice in /mnt like /mnt/cddrive. Then u have to mount the cdrom into this file{folder} by a command like
$ mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cddrive
That should probably work Orca.
