I got a mail from Rishab Aiyer Ghosh about this survey: please do publicise and encourage people to fill it in wherever possible, it seems India is one out of 8 countries surveyed, where the response has been quite inadequate so far.
Possibly this survey has been posted here before, but clearly it didn't have enough effect, so please excuse me for posting the link again, in that case.
