[Announce] NTFS for Linux v 1.4.0 - Linuxers

      Anyone who uses Linux to read NTFS partitions on NT, 2000 and XP should
upgrade to NTFS tools 1.4.0.  Out now.
Includes support for XP, and creation of small NTFS partitions (to make
NTFS floppies).
