Hi
please put [OT] as part of the subject cause it is not at all related to linux, which needs to be mentioned as off topic on this mailing list.
best regards,
parag mehta
That's a really nice article.....
Anyway, do you have any material / references apart from W. Richard Stevens for comparative study of BSD IPC and traditional SysV IPC??? I could find information on SysV IPC, but couldn't find any information on BSD IPC.
If you have, pls. mail me the references / material.... I'll be very grateful....
Thanks, Kunal

Look in http://docs.freebsd.org/doc for:
PSD:20 An Introductory 4.4BSD Interprocess
Communication Tutorial (Postscript, PDF, ASCII)
PSD:21 An Advanced 4.4BSD Interprocess
Communication Tutorial (Postscript, PDF, ASCII) The reference document (with some examples) for the Interprocess Communication Facilities of 4.4BSD.
I believe I already posted this once before.

This was a very relevant topic. No reason to put OT. I checked out the article too. Nothing OT at all.
