I AM IN. i can start collecting masses from my part of the state and advertize in my sweet way. if thats scheduled for feb, i am in for anything that i can do. i've had some experiences with event management in college, but this wud need some real professionalism.
and if its an expo... heard of pragati maidan?? its where all the exhibitions are held in delhi. my dad works in there so we can get some tips frm him(infact when i told him bout linux, he found the idea interesting). so thats how i can HELP

Great...we are counting on you to get representation from Sangli and other parts around interior maharashtra for the Expo/Conference.
You will have more than your hands full in terms of co-ordinating the efforts as mentioned above for Sangli and the cities surrounding it.

It would ofcourse need enthu()-team_spirit()&&Professionalism(). We will setup up a core working for the same. Keep your fingers crossed till then and keep your ideas flowing in.

If we dont use Professional Event Management firms, then getting help from someone like Gurpreet's dad will be a worthwhile proxy. I mean like, he could give us tips, checklists, warning points and may be "Standard Operating Procedures" for large events. He could also tell us the trends in Sponsorship. Pity Pragati Maidan is in delhi.........
