Job profile:

You would have to work in a project team which will work with Government Customers on Linux Solutions.

There are 2 aspects of the role: 1) Understanding hardware components & concepts - hands on experience in programming languages like C, C++, memory handling - Knowledge of interface controllers - experience in configuring and writing device drivers

2) Understanding Linux platform - Ability to install / configure Linux on servers & desktops - apply kernal patches and re-compile the kernal to enable additional functionality - compile & configure device drivers / kernal modules

You would be placed at a client in Delhi for 2 years as a Novell representative.
