Ppl are not clueless, they do such thing on purpose, more over all the iPod winning sites send emails to buddies in your list, and you can have mailing lists in ur buddy list, so one has to physically put the email address to be able to send the email invite mail.
Any ways, it would be great to kick out such ppl, they are not doing any good over here as such.

Hi,
Can we do some list cleaning activity here please ?
I think the mailing list is using Spam Assasssin. (Check out the mail headers) I get a small bar reporting the spam status in Kmail, probability of being spam etc.
Is this score to be used by the email client or is it the responsibility of the mail server automatically filter out such emails ?

Client. Servers either reject mail in transit, or deliver. MLM discards/rejects are human controlled, and not automated.

Yesterday I came across a website which quizzed me regarding some xyz stuff. And to my astonishment that website wanted me to provide it my yahoo or whatever email accounts I had and _passwords_ to those respective accounts so that it could retrieve my address book and send an invitation to all my "friends".
It goes without saying that I didn't provide it any info ;)
