But the problem arises, when i uses ncftp for uploading a file to the ftp server. When i use ncftp command via a shell script, this errot pops up. Also wheni try connecting to the ftp through terminal by giving command ncftp or ftp, and try using any of the commands available within the ftp prompt, it gives an errot "not connected" tell me what my problem is and help me out. I have enable all the anonymous user related options in the vsftpd.conf file.

KINDLY HELP ME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
