The begginning could be made by having a mailing list hosted at yahoogroups for a start. Post the innaugration of the same we could help you to move the mailing list to a better location. The e-group could be named "GLEN" or Gnu Enthusiasts Group of Nanded.

Think about the same and enure you spend sometime reading up on the philsosophies of Open Source and Free Software at www.gnu.org/www.fsf.org and www.opensource.org.

We will be there with you along the way toward help building your community and supporting it all through the way.
