they will give you cds and a machine and ask you to do an install. There will be some bugs which you will have to fix - all within a time limit (I am not an RHCE).

the bugs would be both hardware and software related - you will have access to all the man pages and documentation, but will not have time to read them ... so practice practice practice and more practice
