1. VC++ with ATL, COM/Custom Controls Developer ===================================== Skin Based UI development with understanding of image manipulation techniques like Alpha Blending, anti-aliasing etc.

2. VC++/ ATL UI Developer ===================================== Dialog boxes using splitter bar, Grid Control and IE Control based Programming. Should be able to use controls developed using skins.

3. VC++/ATL Developer ===================================== Experience using Microsoft Format SDK 9 with DRM (Digital Rights Management)

4. .Net Senior Programmers/Team Leads ===================================== Minimum 4 years in IT industry. One year of programming experience in VB.Net, with experience in COBOL. Strong database knowledge.

5. Software Testers ===================================== Hands-on ERP Application Testing with Automated Tools experience.

6. Java Programmers ===================================== Must have programming experience in Core Java, with Windows and UNIX. Total experience in IT should not be less than 2.5 years.

7. J2EE Programmers ===================================== Minimum 5 years of experience.

8. C# / ASP.Net Programmers ===================================== Minimum 2.5 years of experience in the IT industry. Must have at least one year of programming experience in C# and ASP.Net.

9. Quality Assurance Executive ===================================== Must have at least 2 years of experience in implementation of QA policies and procedures in a CMM certified organization.

10. C/C++, Unix Software Engineers ===================================== Minimum 2 years of experience.
