You seemed to me the same = way excited about the Time Servers as myself. The page lists some = Get-Time Servers, but mostly these servers are of Stratum 2 or 3. Do you = have any information about primary stratum 1 Time Servers operating in = India and what or where is the Reference clock situated.

Why do you need access to a stratum 1 server? For 99.99% of application stratum 2 or 3 suffice. Stratum 1 servers are primarily meant for applications which really, really need an accurate timebase, because if everyone used stratum 1 servers they would be overloaded and ruin the accuracy for everyone.

A good rule of the thumb is to sync with a stratum 1 server only if you are a server providing service a large network or to about 10 other NTP servers.

If you have any = information regarding this, it would be really appreciated if you could = inform me on this.
