I installed Red Hat Linux. I want to change it to Debian. How to upgrade Linux to Debian?

I don't think you can 'upgrade' to Debian. They are different distros or OS'es to speak So to install Debian.. Just install it over RHL. Take a back up of your data to another partition if reqd.
