I know this is automated, but it's not good. I _DO_NOT_ want to be notified each time the site is updated! I didn't ask for it! If you can give some info about _what_exactly_ has changed on the site, it's fine.

Even then, I would prefer to have a choice over that ... I think this should be posted only to people who have registered on the page itself and have set a preference to be notified.
