Dear all,
Does anybody know a good site or slideshow which will help me to teach basics of operating linux desktop to my family. (I use opensuse 10).
I did search on google but no luck yet. The suse's help files are too boring & would turn away anyone from learning.

Try http://www.tldp.org/ [ 'T'he 'L'inux 'D'ocumentation 'P'roject ]
look at the howtos, or maybe you could start with the guides.

Plan what they need to learn and give them a live demo. Don't teach them everything as its too diverse. :)
A sample plan.
Startup. Login. Use home folder. Use FDD / CD Drive. Open / Create Documents. Connect to the net. Send / Receive emails. Surf websites. Disconnect from the net. Play music and videos. Logout. Shutdown.
Regards,
Rony.
