Thanks. I got it. Used ehereal to find source of data which is mostly broadcast arp queries.
I guess I may be paying Hathway for download of ~2 Mb/hr without actually downloading.

Actually, Hathway's billing system does ignore ARP traffic (they messed that up once, and got majorly flamed for it).

I dont think Hathway would be charging you for the internal bandwidth usage. They will charge you only for the data transfer that you do outside the network.
