Strange assumption. Suggest you check out the Sun website (and other licences).

Philip never claimed to be a guru - nor does anyone else on the list. But I would reccomend attending the meets and listening to the talks, where you could judge for your self. Better still give a talk on any subject and others might confer gurudom on you.

and hundreds of assemblers pirate windows. does that mean that it's allowed? The current version of staroffice requires a distribution licence from sun. Chip probably has that licence. FreeOS also has that licence. You and I don't.
