Hello,
I am looking for a file manager that visually displays drive/folder content sizes in the form of visual blocks. This is to get a quick idea of which folder is hogging huge space.

Disk Usage Analyzer (Baobob) comes with GNOME. That shows you what's hogging huge amounts of space on your disk.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Since I use KDE I went for 'filelight'. It is working fine.

Konqueror too has an inbuilt "File Size View". You can access it through "View" >> "View Mode" >> "Flie Size View".

you could use one of those tag cloud apps to do this - bigger the file, bigger the element in the cloud. Sounds an interesting project, shouldnt take more than a few hours.
