LUGs now have an opportunity to straighten out the "manpower shortage" excuse. Two half yearly workshops at HBCSE with reasonable fees held after the regular engineering exams, should be good imo.

Why not cover installation from source, as it helps get better understanding of the applications and the libraries it uses.
