While Trevor is definitely doing a great job of posting news to the group, I find it unnecessary crowding of the list. His feeds come in quite slowly ;)
To that end, the craving for news can be taken care of by this excellent site I've said about last time around too.

Frankly everything in life has a reason.
Being a list discussing majorly only Tech issues with pple around feeling i have seen it all and done it all has become the norm. I won't want to generalise but have been here long enough to figure out how things work and can bet there would be hundreds of others who have different opinions.
The intent has been to get the list into active mode and thats taking shape gradually. The email is akin to spam but you can try living with it..:D.

Valid arguments as well as counter arguments.
A middle ground would be: Instead of sending multiple topic emails, can you combine all into 1 daily digest or something to that effect?
Potential Counter argument to above suggestion: 1) You may say that individual mails are sent for a reason (to jumpstart discussions on the specific topic) as opposed to a daily digest which is not topic specific...
