Qualifications Bachelor's in electronics/electrical engineering. Flexibility Excellent communication and listening skills are a must. Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models(e.g.shift,call availability,etc..) Experience and willingness to work in a field-service or customer/tech support job is a must. Teamplayer:ability and willingness to work with various teams in the support area Ability to work independently Ability to understand customer scenarios/needs and translate them to engineering needs Customer facing skills Leadership Ownership and negotiating skills. Fluency in English and local language Ability to demonstrate a product and tailor the demo to the customer's needs and infrastructure.
