Crucial to post and pre sales service delivery,
you'll be involved with
multi-vendor systems including hardware, software,
networking products
and operating systems. Delivering on-site hardware
support service to

also run on-site and
remote diagnostics and support account managers in a

Qualifications 
Bachelor's in electronics/electrical engineering.
Excellent Windows and Linux knowledge and computing

and networking required)
Analytical problem-solving skills a must.
Flexibility
Excellent communication and listening skills are a
must. Willingness to
participate in non-standard working-time
models(e.g.shift,call 
availability,etc..)
Experience and willingness to work in a
field-service or customer/tech
support job is a must. Teamplayer:ability and
willingness to work with
various teams in the support area Ability to work
independently Ability
to understand customer scenarios/needs and translate
them to engineering
needs Customer facing skills Leadership Ownership

skills. Fluency in English and local language
