I use flashblock on Iceweasel where I manually allow flash when necessary. However, even after disabling it and also using a new browser Opera, the Tata Indicom site does not open. I managed to get aol radio working on Opera by retrying and approaching from different pages.

At least in Opera the problem has been solved. What I observed was that Opera also marks plugin paths from other browsers like mozilla and the .mozilla dir in the home directory. In Opera, go to Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Content and in that window click on plugin options. There click on Find New and delete all the paths. Then in /usr/lib/opera, delete the flashplugin....so file. After that I re-run the flash installer ( the tar.gz package ) and select the path again as /usr/lib/opera. Still flash will not run so again go to the Tools -> Preferences....... and in the Plugin Options, again click on Find New. It will locate the /usr/lib... path. Click OK, restart Opera and start browsing.
