Does anyone have the Stevens' ``Advanced Programming in UNIX Environment'' (APUE) examples source code for *Linux*. I've downloaded the original sources from ftp.uu.net but it doesn't have a linux version (only svr4, sun and 4.4bsd); and even the svr4 version doesn't compile out of the box on my system. Instead of making changes myself, I thought it'd be nice if someone has already done it.
