hello luggerz look at this http://www.geocities.com/tonysingh4u/Ind_IT_Club_Nletter.doc i came across this newsletter which comes from the Tokyo office of India Trade Promotion Organization(the organization which runs the pragati maidan in delhi, it also has an export promotion deptt). The compiler of this newsletter Mr. N.K. Sehgal is a close family friend of ours.

I am not too sure about the audience of this newsletter but it must be going to the big export houses related to s/w exports in japan and india, and also to a few more people...
