Didn't you read the replies you got when you asked this earlier? Like Philip pointed out, digest mode is activated by the members explicitly. Since you are receiving digests, you should know how you activated them - the same process applies to deactivating them.

Just go to the mailing list website which is appended to the end of every mail delivered to the list. Or even look at the headers, a lot of headers are attached to these mails.
