Hi all,

I got OpenLDAP configured on my qmail server but lately its giving me problem with "untimely death" and by chking the status gives me error slapd dead,but pid file exists,therefore i've to manually restart the ldap services i can't find the logs either, i chkd the slapd.conf file (it seems ok)

1>is there anyway i can prevent the failure of slapd 2>or shud i make a script for the ldap services and restarts it automatically on failure 3>and how do i generate the logs for the same

...pls help me
