I finally convinced myself to try out beta kernels. And I downloaded the 2.6 test version. But the problem now is that modules don't work. Is there anything different that I have to do compared to the normal kernel compilation procedure? My 2.4 kernel still works fine (compiled it from source... so I guess I'm no a complete stranger to it.)
Thanx in advance, Siddhesh

Did you update your modutils? See the kernel documentation.

Whats the error that you are getting? Have you selected the option of Enable loadable module support and all..
