We have a requirement for Back Office Support staff.

The web based tools are developed on open source the OS is ubuntu. Prior knowledge of linux OS not essential but a plus.

The job entails:

a) Accessing data online and gathering relevant information.

b) Making calls when necessary and gathering information. Most of the time you will be accessing IVR base systems and jotting down information and once in a while actually have to speak to someone.

c) Prior knowledge of spreadsheets is a big plus.

d) Excellent Communication skills, with an emphasis on spoken english.

e) Willingness to work 5 PM to 11 PM initially for 2 months and then regular shift or evening shift.
